Located at Level 6, Swiss-Garden Residences Kuala Lumpur, Sino Scene is a restaurant that offers an infusion of modern and classic Hong Kong and Szechuan cuisine menu. The popular dishes like the Aromatic Peking Duck and Sze Chuan Bird’s Nest with Crabmeat Soup is a must have when you visit them.
Aromatic Peking Duck – Served with sliced cucumber, spring onions, Hoi Sin sauce and Popiah skin. This dish is one of my favourites. The meat juice is well sustained in with meat as you bite from the wrap. The sauce and cucumber compliment well with the duck meat as well.
Sze Chuan Bird’s Nest with Crabmeat Soup – Generous servings of bird’s nest. The thickness and texture was just right for the taste bud. The Bird’s Nest and Crabmeat was a good combination which was used as the main ingredients in this dish. Must try!!
Crispy Sea Grouper Siamese Style – A very appetizing dish. The outer was crispy and yet the meat was still soft and succulent.
